间接耦合光电探测结构中光致负阻特性的进一步实验研究
A Further Experiment of Photo-negative Resistance in Indirect Coupling Photodetecting Structure
【摘要】 对间接耦合光电探测结构光致负阻特性的新实验结果表明,耦合区电流有一个极大值,存在一个非线性输运过程。
【Abstract】 The results in the new experiment of indirect-coupling photo-detecting structure are reported. The preliminary analysis shows that there is a maximum of current and a nonlinear transport process in coupling region.
