【摘要】 基于并行工程思想,阐述了产品/工艺并行设计方法,并设计了支持这种方法的设计环境——产品/工艺并行设计自动化系统。借助于该系统可同时实施零件设计与工艺设计,既可保证产品的可制造性和制造经济性,又可解决CAD与CAPP的信息交换,为实现CAD/CAM的一体化奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Based on the philosophy of concurrent engineering, a methodology for concurrent product and process is proposed in order to achieve CAD/CAM integration successfully. According to the presented methodology, an integrated, intelligent design environment has been designed and implemented. The system allows the engineer to perform product design, process planning and NC programming concurrently, and designs are checked for manufacturability and profitability by a distributed expert system.
