【Abstract】 A quantitative and statistical analysis has been made on the relative at- gyrophilic protein in the nucleolar organizer regions (NOR) of gastric mucosalbiopsy specimens of 77 cases by using the silver staining method.An electronmicroscopic observation and an energy spectrum analysis have also been madeon the silver stained specimen.The results showed that Ag-NOR granularcounts could be of great referent value to dignosing pernicious degree of gas-tric tumor;it was also proved by the electron microscopy that the silverstaining substances were located in the NOR,and an energy spectrum analysison the positive silver staining region indicated the Ag peak,which showedthe specificity for the silver staining reaction.更多还原
