【摘要】 本文报告9例胸腰椎骨折及截瘫合并膈疝,除1例系高处坠落腰背部着地外,其它为重物压于腹背部或胸腹背部。骨折部位T₁₂～L₄,8例合并截瘫,9例均出现休克,膈疝全部发生在左侧。作者还对膈疝的形成机制、诊断及治疗问题作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reported 9 cases of thoraco-lumbar spine fracture and traumatic paralysis complicated by diaphragmatic hernia. Except 1 case injuried in dorsolumbar because of a fall off from high place,all of them are in-juried in dorsolumbar or thoracoabdominal site by a heavy object Fracture site lay in T 12-L4,8 cases of them complicated by traumatic paralysis and 9 cases being in shock. All site of diaphragmatic hernia occured in left side. The causing mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were discussed.更多还原
