【Abstract】 This article reported 48 cases of lumbar intervertebral discs herniation treated with percutaneous lumbar diskectomy using the authors home prepared appliance.48 cases were followed up from 3 months to 2 years. 87. 5% of the cases were excellent and good. Indications,contraindications,complications of the operation and appliance’s distinguishing feature are discussed.The authors considered that completly following the operating rules,Using cone-shapdilator,strictly choosing cases,this method was safe and feasible.更多还原
