尼龙1010/66共聚物的热力学研究
STUDIES ON THERMODYNAMICS OF NYLON 1010 COPOLYMERS
【摘要】 本文研究了尼龙1010/66共聚物的熔点、熔程、熔融热和熔融熵等热力学参数与其组成的关系,其相图中最低共熔点时尼龙1010重量比为60~70%,与理论值相近,此时熔点、熔融热和熔融熵最低,熔程最大。
【Abstract】 It has been studied by PLM and DSC that the thermodynamic parameters such as melting point, melting temperature range, melting heat and entropy fo nylon 1010/66 copolymers are related to their compositioms. The minimum congruent melting point in the phase diagram is in nylon 1010 weight content 60-70%. Before the point, the thermodynamic parameters are almost linearly decreased with increasing of nylon 1010 content, but linearly increased after the point. It is near to the theoretical value 60% in weight. At this composition, every chain structure unit content is same to others. The melting point, heat and entropy are lowest, but the melting temperature range is widest at this point.
