RIM聚氨酯快速反应动力学研究
KINETIC STUDY OF REACTION INJECTION MOLDING OF POLYURETHANE
【摘要】 用自行研制的绝热流变仪研究了RIM聚氨酯快速反应动力学。确定了以二丁基锡二月桂酸酯[DBTDL]为催化剂时,高活性聚醚和改性MDI的反应动力学方程。当[DBTDB]<0.56mol/m~3时,非催化反应起主要作用,在整个转化率范围内符合二级反应动力学;当[DBTDL]≥0.56mol/m~3时,催化反应为主,二级反应只在凝胶点之前适用。改进了Macesko机理,合理地解释了RIM聚氨酯快速反应历程。
【Abstract】 The kinetics of a fast polyurethane cure (RIM) was studied with a homemade adiabatic rheomcter. The kinetic equation of the fast polymerization between polyether polyol and modifed MDI with DBTDL as catalyst was derived. When the DBTDL concentration < 0. 56 mol/m3, the catalytic reaction is limited, and second-order kinetic was found in the whole range of the convension observed. Howerver, as the DBTDL concentration > 0. 56 mol/m3, the catalytic reaction dominate, corrsponding to the second-order kinetics until the gelpoint. Simultaneously the Macosko principle was revised and the fast reactive course was explained reasonably.
