掺CdS1-xSex半导体微晶玻璃的简并四波混频
Degenetate four—wave mixing in semicondustor—doped glassea
【摘要】 本文用简并四波混频效应研究了CdS1-xSex半导体玻璃的三阶非线性光学特性。实验结果表明这种材料具有大的非线性系数（?）和快速非线性响应时间。
【Abstract】 The third-order nonlinear optical characteristics doped with mixed semiconductor crystallites CdSxSe1-x is studied by degenerate four-wave mixing. The results show that this kind of material exhibits large third-order nonlinearities(x～10-8esu)and rapid nonlinear response.
