【摘要】 <正> 用CO₂激光治疗外阴尖锐湿疣386例。大小阴唇123例,尿道口40例,阴道口54例,龟头38例,阴道壁54例,宫颈80例,肛门周围38例,会阴部9例。术前用新洁尔灭消毒,20%利多卡因局麻,用输出功率为30W的CQ激光治疗,范围不超过疣直径0.1毫米,一次完成,术后第二天He-Ne激光照射,7-10日痊愈。更多还原
