迅速截止脉冲氙灯放电流的技术研究
Research on Rapid cutting off Discharge Current for Pulsed xenon Lamp
【摘要】 <正> 对于高重复频率调Q YAG激光器,激光输出后的灯光拖尾部分不仅对激光输出没有贡献,反而产生很大的热量,加重了工作物质的热透镜效应。我们设计了一种电路,只增加很少量的器件就可达到减少拖尾的目的。脉宽可调目与调Q延时同步,后沿仅有20—80μs。
【Abstract】 As high repitive Q-switch YAG laser thr lamp tail after laser output is useless notonly for laser output, but can produce much heat to increase thermal lens effects二Wedisign a circuit which can cut down the tail only with few extra components. Its pulse du-ration adjustment can keep in step with the .time delay of Q一:witch, and the taggingedge duration can come to 20-80ys
