【摘要】 以大鼠80只,随机分4组(每组20只,简称A,B,C,D组),前3组分别用醋氨己酸锌225,450,900mg/kg·d连续口饲12周,各剂量组大鼠一般行为正常。体重、血常规、凝血时间、血小板计数,血液生化学指标:谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血糖(GLU)、总胆红素(TBili)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cree)、总胆固醇(TC-holes)与对照组(D组)相比无明显差异(P>0.05),病理解剖检查也未见异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 In these experiments ,3 groups of 20 rats were given orally zinc acexamate(225 ,450,900mg/ kg. d respectively)for 12 weeks. The significant changes were not found between zinc acexamate-treated groups and control group in the behaviour,the body weight,the routine examination ofblood,the time of blood coagulation,the number of blood platelet,biochemical examination of blood,and pathological anatomy.更多还原
