【摘要】 本文对已见报道的检测红细胞免疫粘附花环的方法加以改进,采用不分离其它细胞的微量血,检测红细胞C3b受体花环率及红细胞免疫复合物花环率。结果:正常人红细胞C3b受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率分别为12.8±2.6％和3.2±1.7％,和已见报道一致,与疾病相关性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of detection of erythrocyte immune adhension rosette was improved based on the current report. Percentages of erythrocyte C3b receptor and erythrocyte immune complex rosette formation were detected by collecting microvolume blood without isolation of other cells. The results of detection were 12. 8±2. 6%and 3. 2±1. 7%for erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette and erthrocyte immune complex rosette respectively,which were consistent with all previous reports,and showed a good correlation with disease state entities.更多还原
