混合萃取剂净化钴溶液中铜铁的研究
PURIFICATION OF COPPER-IRON IN COBALT SOLUTION WITH MIXED EXTRACTANTS
【摘要】 研究了用混合萃取剂从钴、镍硫酸盐溶液中同时萃取分离铜、铁,缩短净化工艺流程,综合回收铜.研究结果表明,在相比(O/A)=1.33,混合萃取剂浓度24.3%,混相时间10min,五级逆流串级萃取的条件下,净化后液含铜、铁均小于0.001g/L,钴、镍基本上不损失,并可得到纯净的铜溶液直接电积回收铜.
【Abstract】 Extraction-separation of copper and iron simultaneously from Co-Ni sulfate solution with mixed extractants is studied.It will shorten the purifying flowsheet and comprehensively recover copper.Research results show that copper and iron con- tents in the solution after purification are both below 0.001g/L under the conditions of phase ratio(O/A)=1.33,concentration of the mixed extractant 24.3%,phase mixing time 10 min and five-step counter-current extraction.Cobalt and nickle are not lost basi- cally,and pure copper solution can be obtained for the direct recovery of copper by elec- trodeposition.
