钠热还原制钛新工艺的研究

【摘要】 研究了一种钠热还原制钛新工艺,它具有还原实收率高、产品合格率高、生产周期短等优点.特别是生产过程充分利用还原反应释放出来的化学热能,因而大幅度地降低了电能消耗.冶炼厂已成功地使用本工艺生产金属钛.

【Abstract】 A new process to produce titanium by sodium reduction has been studied.It is characterized by high recovery,high qualified rate and short production pe- riod.By this new process,chemical heat energy released in the reduction reaction can be fully used in the course of Ti production,so that power consumption can be greatly re- duced.This process has been put into operation by the smelter.
