绝缘子污闪性能与气压的关系
The Relations hip Between the Performance of Polluted Insulator and the Air Pressure
【摘要】 在常压及低气压下对几种典型结构形状的绝缘子进行了交流人工污秽固体污层法试验,选取了较大的盐密范围分别为0.03、0.05、0.1、0.2和0.4mg/cm~2,从而获得了不同条件下绝缘子交流污闪电压随气压的变化规律,得出了绝缘子交流污闪电压下降指数n与污秽度及绝缘子形状之间的关系。通过对试验结果的分析比较,得出了一些比较重要的结论,对于高海拔地区输变电设备外绝缘的设计和安全运行具有一定的实际意义。
【Abstract】 In the paper several insulators with typical shapes were tested at standard atmospheric pressure and low pressures by AC artificial solid pollution method. The ESDD of pollution layer were 0.03, 0.05, ,0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 mg / cm~2 respectively. Thereby the relationship between U and P at various conditions and the pattern of n vs ESDD and the shape of insulators have been obtained. Some important conclusions were obtained through analysis and comparison with test results. These conclusions have certain actual significance for the design of outdoor insulation line and its safe operation in high altitude area.
