具有联苯核和悬挂基聚甲亚胺醚的液晶行为
Liquid Crystalline Properties of Novel Polyazomethineethers with Mesogens Containing Biphenyl Core and Pendant Group
【摘要】 用偏光显微镜、DSC和WAXD对新的主链型聚甲亚胺醚系列的液晶行为进行了表征,发现7种聚合物均显示向错和条带织构,其熔点呈奇偶变化规律.
【Abstract】 The liquid crystalline properties of novel main chain polyazomethineethers series(SBn, n = 3-8.10) were characterized by polarized microscopy with a hot stage, DSC and X-ray diffractions. The disclination and band texture were observed for seven polymers. Their melting points are affected by number of methylene group in the flexible units and show an odd-even effect in zigzag manner.
