【Abstract】 In this paper, a series of new N, N-bis(2-chloroethyl) fructopyranosyl phosphoramidates were synthesized by the reaction between phosphorus oxychloride and 2,3: 4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-Dructopyranse(1). The structures of all compounds prepared were determined by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The existence of diastereoisomers were proved by 31P NMR, but only one pure iso-mer was isolated by recrystallization. The results of preliminary biological tests indicated that the title compounds had the inhibition effect against L1210 cells and 5-180 tumors.
