低气压放电灯阴极发射特性的测试与研究
Measurement and Study on Cathode Emission Property of Low Pressure Gas Discharge Lamp
【摘要】 用射频噪声法测出了低气压放电灯(荧光灯、紧凑型节能灯、紫外杀菌灯等)阴极的零场发射电流,进而研究了阴极温度和阴极零场发射之间的变化规律,最后,得到了一种比较简单、方便、实用的测试阴极发射特性的方法。
【Abstract】 By finding and measuring the radio frequency noise the cathode zero-field thermionic emission currents of the low pressure gas discharge lamp, such as fluorescent lamp, compact and energy-saving lamp, UV sterilize lamp, are measured, and the relation between the cathode temperature and the zero-field thermionic emission is studied. Finally, a simple and practical method to measure the cathode emission property is proposed.
