水平管束沸腾滞后的实验研究

【摘要】 <正> 一、前言 所谓沸腾滞后是指沸腾起始时的壁面温度过度升高现象;或把热流密度增加和降低时的q~(T_w-T_s)沸腾曲线不相重合的现象称为沸腾滞后。在沸腾换热设备的启动及低负荷运行时,都容易产生沸腾滞后现象,使设备处于非正常状态,严重者会对设备的安全运行带来危害。一些学者对此问题进行了研究,但大多针对单管池沸腾,而很少涉及管
【Abstract】 Pool boiling and forced convective boiling of uniformly heated horizontal tube bundle in distilled water are performed to investigate boiling curve hysteresis. The inline tube bundle has 3 columns and 8 rows with a pitch-to-diameter ratio of 1. 667. Bundle effects on boiling curve hysteresis are observed. For higher tube row, the thermal excursion is larger. In addition, secondary hysteresis phenomenon is noticed in pool boiling.
