气固流化床与水平埋管之间换热系数的计算

【摘要】 由于大颗粒床与小颗粒床在气泡行为方面的明显不同,导致它们在传热机理上的差异,本文在气固流化床与水平埋管之间换热系数的计算方面,把流化床分为大颗粒床与小颗粒床两种情况处理,并将Saxena等人关于换热系数的计算关联式与国内部分研究者的实验结果进行了比较,为气固流化床与水平埋管表面之间换热系数的计算提供了一定的依据.

【Abstract】 Grewal and Saxena Correlation, based on the mechanism of heat transfer proposed by Saxena et al. , involving the absorption of thermal energy when the bed particles visit the hot surfaces immersed in gas-solid fluidized beds ,and experimentally verified by R. Z. Qian et al. , has been successfully tested on the data reported by Chinese workers. Grewal and Saxena Correlation for Numax is also assessed. Ganzha, Upadhyay and Saxena’s mechanistic theory for heat transfer in large particle fluidized beds is also examined here. This Comparison of experiment and theory has reinforced the basis of heat transfer coefficient prediction proceedings.
