混流泵叶轮奇点法水力设计
HYDRAULIC DESIGN OF MIXED-FLOW PUMP IMPELLER BY SINGULARITY METHOD
【摘要】 <正> 目前泵行业中,对离心泵和混流泵叶轮一般均采用一元理论设计方法,对轴流泵叶轮一般采用奇点法、升力法设计。对于高n_s的混流泵叶轮其流道形状及内部流动情况应当说更接近于轴流泵,但未见到用奇点法设计的先例,因此本文介绍的混流泵叶轮奇点法设计是一有意义的探索,当然也有待实践检验和完善。
【Abstract】 This paper introdueces a singularity method for hydraulic design mixed-flow pump impeller, together with the mathematic model, numerical method and a design example. The calculated result shows it is feasible and a reasonable hydraulic design can be obtained. The hydranlic characteristics should be judged yet by practice in the future.
