多层流化床传质浓度分布的研究
RESEARCH ON DISTRIBUTION OF MASS TRANSFER CONCENTRATION IN MULTI-STAGE FLUIDIZED BED
【摘要】 本文运用萘升华方法,通过实验测定了流化过程中,多层流化床内萘蒸汽的传质浓度分布,得到萘蒸汽浓度与进气量、颗粒进料量等因旁之间的关系式。为进一步研究多层流化床内气体介质与固体颗粒之间的对流换热系数打下基础。
【Abstract】 With the method of naphthalene sublimation, the distribution of naphthalene steam concentration in multistage fluidized bed was measured in the course of fluidization. Relational formula between naphthalene steam concentration and flow rate of input gas, flow rate of input particle as well as other factors was obtained. These provide the good basis for further research on heat transfer coefficient between gas and solid particles in multi-stage fluidized bed.
