30万千瓦机组低压缸第六级弯扭静叶的实验研究
A EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE STATOR WITH CURVE-TWISTED BLADES OF THE PENULTIMATE STAGE IN THE LOW-PRESSURE CYLINDER OF 300MW STEAM TURBINE
【摘要】 <正> 一、实验方案 30万kW汽轮机低压缸次末级的径高比D_m/l=5.03,静叶高度l=435mm,叶片数为58。 共实验了三个方案。三个方案中沿叶高各相应的截面上叶型都是相同的,其差别是叶片的母线弯曲程度不同。方案Ⅰ:叶片母线为直线,即叶片只扭不弯,方案Ⅱ和方案Ⅲ:叶片的母线为曲线,此两方案的叶片顶部倾斜角相同,叶片根部倾斜角,第二方案小于第三方案。
【Abstract】 Three types of cascades with coventional twisted and curve-twisted blades are tested. The experimental results show that an application of curve-twisted blades can reduce the loss energy coeficient 27%; lead to the outlet angle from the cascades being decreased 2°-3° in Com-parision with that from the cascades of conventional twisted blades and not significantly chage the distribution of the circulation along the hight of blades.
