胱氨酸致家兔动脉粥样硬化发生机制的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAI STUDY OF MECHANISM FOR CYSTINE INDUCED ATHEROSCLEROSIS
【摘要】 <正> 本实验观察家兔喂饲胱氨酸后的不同时期内,血浆PGI2和TXA2的动态变化特点,并对血胆固醇,胱氨酸水平和动脉壁脂质斑块形成程度进行比较,目的在于探讨胱氨酸致动脉粥样硬化的可能机制,并为临床防治冠心病提供帮助。
【Abstract】 This experiment tock 20 rabbits randomly divded into experimental (feeding with cystins)and control group. Drawing blood for biochem-icae and radioimmunoassay test in pre-experime-ntal and 4th, 8th, 12th Week days after feeding.The result discovered that the contents ofserum cystine, platelet aggregation and plasmaTXA2 levels increased in the experimentalgroup more than that of thc contolled rabbits,but plasma PGI2 decreased. While the contentsof total cholesterol was not Changed. Athero-scleretic plazues in the aorta was also rema-rkable incrensed. There were foamy cells piledup and by microscopic analysis. According to results of above metioned, weconclude that high-cystinemia may lead toatherosclerosis because of destroyed aorta Wall,activated platelet function and inbalance ofPGI2-TXA2, but not releted to lipidemialevels.
