【摘要】 ZS—3型机用润滑油是用ST增粘剂、炼油副品及中极压再生油三组分按比例经科学方法配制而成。并用于三辊劳特式2300mm轧钢机升降摆动台齿轮箱等的润滑,使用寿命按轧钢量计算达4000t/(次·台)以上,明显地提高了轧机的生产效率,取得了较好的社会与经济效益,为废油资源化开辞了一条新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 ZS—3 oil is made of a ST keying agent, a refinery by-product and a medium low pressureresisting reclaimend oil in certain propartion. It is used in the elevating swing platform gear box of three-high Louth mill type 2300 as a Iubricant. In terms of the quantity of rolled steel, its service life is up to 4, 000 tons one time per set, which considerably raises the mill productivity, brings better social and economic benefit and opens up a new way to the use of waste oil as resources.更多还原
