新型工模具钢65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi钢的M/B_下双相组织和性能

【摘要】 本文研究了65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi钢(LM2钢)的M/B_下双相组织和性能间的关系及变化规律。结果表明,不同M/B_下量和回火温度对性能有明显影响,采用1170℃加热,270℃等温60min等温淬火,钢的组织主要为45%下贝氏体与马氏体。再经200℃低温回火,钢的强韧性配合最佳。用于制造重载冷挤压模具,其使用寿命可提高3倍。文中还探讨了高碳高合金钢的双相组织强韧增高的原因。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the reletionship and variation between M/B duplex structure of new type tool-die steel 65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi (LM2) and its properties. The results show that various amounts of M/B and tem pered temperature have obvious effect on properties. By heating to 1170℃ and tempering at 270℃ (60 min), steel is obtained mainly 45.0% lower M/B duplex structure. After tempering at 200℃, the strength and toughness of the steel is matched to the best level. The service life of heavy cold extrusion dies made of the steel are increased three times by the treatment. The cause which improves the strength and toughness of M/B duplex structure in the highcarbon high alloy steels is also discussed.
