【Abstract】 This paper introduces the results of industrial test of the pneumatic conveying of densephase pulverized coal for auxiliary fuel injection on No.1 BF at Hangzhou Iron and Steel Works. In this system the densephase pulverized coal is discharged from single pipe on the upper part of fluidized bed tank, and the coal mass flow rate can be changed with supplementary gas, and then the pulverized coal is distributed by a new type of distributor. This system has completely satisfied the requirements of pulverized coal injection technology for blast furnace. The aim of increasing pulverized coal injection capacity and decroasing energy consumption has been achieved.更多还原
