氮含量和微量钛对20CrMnB钢淬透性的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了与电弧炉、平炉、转炉钢中氮含量相当的氮含量和微量钛对20CrMnB钢淬透性的影响。结果表明,随着钢中氮含量增加,其淬透性降低。用因子C_β=3.43N-Ti来表达氮和钛对20CrMnB钢淬透性的综合影响。提出对于平炉、转炉冶炼的低氮20CrMnB钢,可用钛固定钢中氮;而对于电弧炉冶炼的高氮钢,宜采用铝和钛同时加入工艺。

【Abstract】 The influences of trace titanium and nitrogen cortent which is equivalent to nitrogen content in steels produced by EAF, converter and open-hearth process on hardenability of 20CrMnB steels have been studied. The results indicate that with the increase of nitrogen content in 20CrMnB steels, their hardenability is decreased. The synthetic effects of N and Ti on the hardenabilty can be represented by factor C_β=3.43N-Ti. As concerns low nitrogen 20CrMnB steels produced by open-hearth and converter process, nitrogen in the steels can be fixed by Ti only. With regard to high nitrogen 20CrMnB steels produced by EAF, simultaneous addition of Al and Ti is applicable.
