孕育剂对电渣重熔高速钢组织的影响

【摘要】 本文研究在电渣重熔过程中加入孕育剂对高速钢铸态和钢材组织的影响。孕育剂可以明显地细化晶粒;强碳化物形成元素会使高速钢铸态组织中碳化物数量和尺寸增加,若将其以高熔点化合物的形式加入,则可避免其对碳化物析出的不利影响;加入不同孕育剂对高速钢铸态组织均匀性的不同影响取决于加入孕育剂后金属凝固时晶粒的粗化倾向;孕育剂使铸态组织中的碳化物在变形加工中易于破碎均匀,提高了钢材中碳化物分布的均匀性。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the influences of inoculant on the structures of high speed steel ingot and rolled product. The results show that grain size of the ingot is greatly decreased after inoculation; carbide-forming inoculant increases the percantage and size of carbide compound of high melting point can avoide carbide separation; the structure uniformity of ingot with different inoculants is determined by the coarsening potential of the grains in solidification process and the distribution of carbides in the rolled products is improved by the inoculation in ESR process.
