【摘要】 本文以现代数字技术为基础,建立了一种在线式棉条检测系统;可在梳棉机正常运行的情况下连续检测并显示棉条CV%值;通过自制检测系统设置的接口还可将采样数据录入磁带文件中,并可在通用微型计算机中进行更深入的数据处理,如分析绘制波谱图等。经统计检验,自制检测系统与Uster-IIB 条干均匀度仪两者的CV%值一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the morden numeric technique,an on-line sliver evennes detection system is estab-lished by the authors.It can continuously detect the sliver evenness on running carding machineand can dispaly the CV% value.Through the interface of thee detection system the obtained datamay be stored into a magnetic tape.And a further data treatment may be conducted on a generalmicrocomputer including spectrum analysis and formation,etc.Through statictics test it is provedtha tthe CV% of sliver evenness is the same as that from Uster-IIB.更多还原
