黑花羊毛双氧水漂白工艺条件的优化
Optimization of Bleaching of Pigmental Wool with Hydrogen Peroxide
【摘要】 本文对金属盐预媒处理后的黑花羊毛漂白的三个变量(漂白温度、时间和双氧水浓度)的单独和协同影响进行了研究。在研究中采用中心旋转组合实验设计,建立了与实际情况拟合密切的两次回归模型;并得出了在纤维损伤的允许范围内(碱溶解度为25%和30%)产生最佳羊毛白度的漂白条件。
【Abstract】 The individual and combined intluences on the bleaching of pigmental wool of the three varia-bles(the concentration of hydrogen peroxide,temperature and time of treatment)have been stu-died,using a rotatable central design of experiments.The pigmented wool has been premordantedwith metal salts.Two second degree regression equations in a good agreement with actual situta-tions have been derived;bleaching conditions leading to the whitest wool have been suggested foran allowable damage of the fibre(alkali solubilities of 25% and 30%).
