【Abstract】 ORM phenotyping of human semen(stains)was success fully carried out by IEF followed by enzyme-immunoblot tins.The 啊 determined ORM phenotypes of 10 semen samples were in good agreement with those of their matching serum sam- pies.40 semen stains kept at 4℃ for 50 days can be typed cor- rectly.For the semen stains kept at room temperature,the max- imum detectable time with 100% typing acuuracy was 30 days.This approach provides a new method for the individual i- dentification of human semen stains.更多还原
