【摘要】 对157例正常小儿与305例疾病小儿舌脱落细胞学的成熟指数、成熟价值以及其它各种指数的检测,发现正常组各种指数均高于疾病组,正常组表现为表层细胞片型,疾病组为中层细胞片型。疾病组中肠炎组各种指数均明显低于呼吸道感染组,而后者随下行感染之深入,各种指数随之下降,与肠炎组相接近。按中医辨证分型各组间的指数无明显差异。但以舌苔类型作分组比较,其背景的白细胞数均有显著性差异。由此可见,舌苔的表现与机体的反应有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The maturation index(MI),maturation value(MV)and other indexes of tongue ex- foliative cytology were studied in 305 cases of child patients and 157 normal cases as control.The result showed that,all the inedexes in normal group were higher than these in patients’ group,i.e.,superficial cells mould in normal group and middle layer cells mould in patients’ group.In the patients’ group,the indexes in the patients with enteritis were obviously lower than these in the patients with respiratory tract infection.As the descending infection getting deeper,the indexes dropped and closed to these in en- teritis patients.There were ont any obvious difference among TCM differentiating types.But for the different types of tongue coating,the amount of WBC in background was obviously different Therefore,the manifestations of tongue coating were closely related to the reactivity of organism.更多还原
