流动注射离子交换预浓集火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定人尿中痕量镉
The Direct Determination of Cadmium in Urine by Flow-Injection On-Line Ion-Exchange Preconcentration Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 应用高效的流动注射在线离子交换预浓集火焰原子吸收光谱测定系统直接测定了人尿中痕量镉。选择200uL锥形离子交换柱,内装多孔玻璃固定化的8-羟基喹啉离子交换剂,在pH9条件下样品流速为3.5mL/min,40s装样,用2mol/L HCl洗脱,在分析速度为60样/h,获得30倍的富集倍率。检出限为0.3ug/L。镉含量水平为40ug/L的尿样,连续测定11次的相对标准偏差为1.5%。尿标准参考物(GBW09103)验证分析结果与标准值一致。
【Abstract】 Cadmium is determined directly in human urine sam- ples without digestion.3.5mL of urine sample are merged on-line with a buffer(pH9),and loaded on a 200μL coni- cal column packed with CPG-8HQ ion-exchanger.The sorbed Cd is then eluted into the AAS nebulizer-burner system using 2mol/L HCl.An enrichment factor of 30 may be achieved at a sampling frequency of 60/h.The analystical results obtained for a standard reference ma- terial of urine sample(GBW09103)agree well with the recommended value.
