中药材中微量元素分析的样品前处理方法研究

【摘要】 本文提出了用ICP-AES法测定中药材中10种微量元素的湿消化法和干灰化法。对两种方法的主要实验条件进行了试验和选择。结果表明,用HNO3和(NH42,HPO4作灰助剂于450℃灰化4h结果最佳;以HNO3-H2O2(4+1)作消解液能有效地消解样品。两种前处理方法用于桃叶标准参考物的测定结果比较一致。方法已成功地用于四川地道药材中Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Mo、Co、Cr、Ni、Sr、和Pb的测定。各元素的回收率,HNO3-H2O2法为88.0%~108%;干灰化法为87.0%~105%。均能满足微量多元素分析的要求。方法简便、可靠。

【Abstract】 Several wet digestion and dry ashing procedures for the simultaneous determination of ten elements (Fe,Cu,Mn, Zn, Co, Mo, Cr, Sr, Ni and Pb) by ICP-AES in traditional Chinese medicines were investigated. The results suggested that dry ashing with HNO3 and (NH42HPO4 was satisfactory, Of the methods tested, wet digestion with HNO3-H2O3 (4:1 ) was also efficient. The methods established have been successfully applied to the determination of 10 trace elements in native medicinal materials in Sichuan with satisfactory results.
