贵金属元素电分析化学研究Ⅹ Ⅵ铱(Ⅳ)-半胱氨酸络合物催化极谱氢波的研究
Study on the Catalytic Polarographic Hydrogen Wave of the Ir(Ⅳ)-Cysteine Complex
【摘要】 本文研究了Ir(Ⅳ)-半胱氨酸(Cys)-HCl体系的催化极谱氢波的反应机理,证明Ir(Ⅳ)与Cys形成的络合物可催化氢在电极上放电,并提出了测定实际样品的方法。
【Abstract】 The complex catalytic polarographic hydrogen wave of Ir (Ⅳ)-eysteine has been investigated in 1. 2mol/L HCl. The experiments show that the complex has a composition of [Ir (Cys)2Cl2]2- and the peak current of the complex is linear with the Ir (Ⅳ) concentration in the range of 0. 002~2μg/mL. Interfering ions are separated from Ir (Ⅳ) with ion exchange resin. The analytical results of iridium in alloys are in good agreement with the original content. The recovery is in the range of 87~104%.
