气动雾化进样微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法研究
Study on MIPT-AES with a Pneumatic Nebulization Sample Introduction System
【摘要】 本文研究了气动雾化进样低功率微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法的分析性能,方法对Ag、Al、Ca、Cd、Cu、Fe和Mg的检出限分别为31、17、3.0、6.7、16、5.1和3.1ng/mL,对所研究元素的测定精密度(RSD)在1.7至5.3%之间。另外还研究了易电离元素对测定的影响。
【Abstract】 The analytical characteristics of low-powered MPT-AES with a pneumatic nebulization sample introduction system were studied. The detection limits for Ag, Al, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe and Mg were 31,17, 3.0, 6.7, 16, 5.1 and 3.1 ng/ml, respectively. The RSDs for determination of these elements were shown to be in the range of 1.7 to 5.3 %. The effect of some easily ionized elements on the Mg Ⅱ 279.6nm emission was investigated.
