电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定镁-钕合金中稀土和非稀土元素
Determination of Rare Earth and Non-rare Earth Elements in Magnesium-Neodymium Alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文研究了ICP-AES测定Mg-Nd合金样品中10种元素的分析方法。选择了同时测定合金中La、Ce、Pr、Sm、Fe、Al、Mo、Ni、Cu和高含量Nd(20％)的条件。得到了满意结果。
【Abstract】 Ten rare earth and non-rare earth elements La, Ce. Pr, Sm, Fe, Al, Mo, Ni, Cu and high contents of Nd(20%) in Mg-Nd alloy have been determined simultaneously by ICP-AES without preliminary se paration. The reproducibility is ±2. 0%-7. 6% and the recovery is 96. 6%-113. 8% with satisfactory results.
