蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极测定苯酚的研究

【摘要】 本文报道蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极在醋酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=3.6)中,用微分脉冲伏安法测定苯酚。在+0.90 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)有一灵敏的氧化峰,伏安响应要比碳糊电极高得多.对测定苯酚的条件进行了研究,苯酚在0.1~1.0μg/ml范围内呈线性,检出限为40ng/ml,相对标准偏差为6.7%,平均回收率为97.2%。用此方法,不经分离直接测定饮料中的酚。还对苯酚在蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极上的反应机理进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The determination of phenol by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with a carbon paste elec- trode modified with 10%(W/W)montmorillonite has been studied. The electrode prepared shows that its voltammetric response to phenol is more sensitive thpn that of ordinary carbon paste electrode. The phenol is preconcentrated in sodium acetate buffer during open circuit. The phenol preconcentrated at electrode is determined in 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc solution at the oxidation peak potential +0. 9 V(vs. Ag/AgCl.).The electrode gives good response to phenol with linearity of 0. 1-1.0 μg/ml phenol and a detection limit of 40 ng/ ml. The method has been applied to the determination of phenol in carbonate orange, cola and sprite soft drinks and satisfactory results were obtained. The electrochemical reaction mechanism of phenol at this electrode is studied by the cyclic voltammetry.
