β-环糊精和石油醚混用对苯并(C)硒二唑荧光增敏作用的研究及应用
Enhancement Effect of β-Cyclodextrin-Petroleum Ether on 4,5-Benzopiaselenol and Its Application
【摘要】 本文研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)和石油醚混用对苯并(C)硒二唑(Se-DAN)荧光的增敏作用,发现该体系的相对荧光强度是Se-DAN在水中的150倍,是在β-CD中的14倍,是石油醚萃取的2倍,是在β-CD和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)中的5倍。测定下限是0.1ng/ml。是实现水相测定的一个新方法。此方法应用于水样、生物样和闪锌矿中痕量Se的测定,得到的结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 The enhancement effect ofβ-cyclodextrin (β-CD)-petroleum ether on 4. 5-benzopiaselenol was studied. The relative fluorescence intensity in the system is about 150 times as high as that in water, 14 times as high as that in β-CD, 5 times as high as that in β-CD-SDS, 2 times as high as that by extraction of petroleum ether. It is a new method that the determination of trace selenium can be carried out directly in aqueous solution. The method was applied to the determination of trace selenium in water, biological materials and sphalerite with satisfactory results.
