【Abstract】 A method for the quantitative determination of fluorine in various parts of the ginseng by ion chro-matography with a conductivity detector has been proposed. The fluorine in 0. 183-0. 636 μg/mg can be determined with 5 -15 mg sample. The detection limit is 0. 05 μg/g. The result obtained is in good agreement with that obtained by spectrophotometry.更多还原
