纸基质室温燐光法测定痕量黄嘌呤的研究
Room Temperature Phosphorimetry Determination of Trace Xanthine Adsorbed on Paper-support
【摘要】 黄嘌呤在0.1mol/HCl溶液中,以NaI-NaCit为重原子,在滤纸基质上能产生强而稳定的室温燐光(RTP)。在适宜的条件下,黄嘌呤的线性范围为1×10-5mol/L至5×10-4mol/L,检出限为4.6ng。在实验室条件下,RTP信号可以稳定10min以上。
【Abstract】 The room temperature phosphorimetry (RTP) of xanthine has been investigated. Being spotted on the filter paper which had been dipped into a mixed heavy atom (NaI-Na3Cit) solution,xanthine can produce intensive and stable RTP after the paper is thoroughly dried. The maximum excitation and emission wavelength are 279 and 430 nm,respectively. The detection limit is 4, 6 ng/spot, and the linear dynamic range is over the lange of 1 × 10-5-5× 10-4mol/L. In ambient condition,the RTP signal is able to be steady more than 10 min . This reveals that NaI-Na3Cit can provide a better rigid environment to protect the RTP of xanthine from the quenching of humidity and oxygen.
