【Abstract】 A statistic Fk used for detecting several outliers in linear regression is introduced and utilized for quantitative measurement for wavelength selection of furaciline and ephedrine hydrochloride in UV spec-trophotometric direct calibration technique and for the calibration set selection of o-cresol and m-cresol in piezoelectric crystal sensor array quantitation. The result indicates that much better quantitations can be achieved after the selections.更多还原
