某铀矿矿工呼出气中222Rn浓度的测定及体内226Ra负荷量的估算
DETERMINATION OF RADON CONCENTRATION IN EXHALED BREATH FROM MIENRS AND ESTIMATION OF BODY BURDEN OF 226Ra
【摘要】 利用活性炭干冰冷却吸附法测定了某铀矿170名坑龄1 a 以上的不同工种的井下作业工人和33名无井下作业史的工人呼出气中的222Rn 浓度,并由此估算了他们体内226Ra 的负荷量。铀矿工呼出气中氡浓度和体内226Ra 的负荷量的最大值分别为16.2 Bq·m-3和1.65 kBq。同时对可能影响矿工体内226Ra 负荷量的各种因素进行了调查,通过逐步回归分析,得到矿工体内226Ra 的负荷量 y(Bq)与氡子体累积暴露量 x(WLM)回归方程为 y=81.72+1.51x。
【Abstract】 The concentrations of Rn in exhaled breath were measured for 170 underground minerswith working experience more than one year and 33 controls in a uranium mine.From suchmeasurements their 226Ra body burdens were estimated.The maximum of the Radon concentration inexhaled breath and 226Ra body burden for miners was 16.2 Bq·m-3 and 1.65 kBq,respectively.Analysing the factors that influenced the 226Ra body burden,we found that the 226Ra body burden waspositively correlated with the cumulative radon daughter exposure level,and the regression equationwas y=81.72+1.51x.
