【Abstract】 The effects of sodium selenite on the cell growth and proliferation of human promyelocytic leukemia cell line （HL-60 cells）and on the cytosolic free calcium in the same cells were examined. The results showed that sodium selenite significantly inhibited the cell growth and proliferation and decreased the basal level of [Ca²⁺]i and the ATP-stimulated [Ca²⁺]i in HL-60 cells.更多还原
