【摘要】 33例舌癌半舌以上切除后行即刻舌再造,成功30例(90.90%)。舌体缺损或伴有口底、下颌骨方块缺损的,以前臂游离皮瓣再造为好,尤其前臂尺侧皮瓣,部位更为隐蔽;舌体缺损伴口底或下颌骨较大缺损和舌根缺损伴下颌升支甚至咽侧缺损的,以胸大肌肌皮瓣再造为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty three cases of immediate tongue reconstruction after half and more than half tongue excision are presented in this paper. Thirty cases (90.90%) were successeful. It is better for the defects of the body of tongue or associating with defects of the mouth floor or rectanglar segment of mandible to use the free forearm flaps especially the ulnar flaps after excision. While it is better for the defects of the body of tongue associated with the mouthfloor and the defects after block resection of mandible to use the pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps. And it is the better for the defects of root of tongue associated with the ramus of mandible as well as the lateralpharynx may use the pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps.更多还原
