【摘要】 528例消化性溃疡患者中356例(67.42%)胃粘膜检出幽门螺杆菌(HP)。男女性感染率无差异(P>0.05)。十二指肠球部溃疡患者中20～29岁检出率最高(83.6%),胃溃疡患者中30～39岁检出率最高(85.8%,P<0.05)。幽门管溃疡HP检出率高于复合性溃疡及胃角、十二指肠球部、胃窦和胃体溃疡(P<0.05)。溃疡活动期HP检出率明显高于愈合期及瘢痕期(P<0.01)。提示HP感染与消化性溃疡的发生、发展有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate detective rate of HP in peptic ulcer in our hospital, total 528 cases were verified by endoscopy. The results showed that there were 356 cases (67.4%) HP positive. Total detective rates between male and female were not significantly different. Among the age groups (every 10 years),the highest detective rate was in patients with duodenal ulcer (DU) of 20~29 yr age group and in patients with gastric ulcer (GU) of 30～39 yr age group (83.6% and 85.8%, respectively),HP detective rate in pyloric canal was higher than that in combined ulcer,gastric angle,duodenum,gastric antrum and gastric body. Of both DU and GU groups, HP positive rate in ulcer active stage was significantly higher than that in healing and scarring stage (P<0.01). Our data suggest that HP infection is closely related with peptic ulcer.更多还原
