催化动力学法测定动物血清中痕量铜
Catalytic Kinetic Determination of Trace Copper in Animal Serum
【摘要】 在NH3·H2O—NH4Cl介质中,痕量Cu2+能强烈催化H2O2氧化溴甲酚紫褪色。据此建立了催化分光光度法测定痕量Cu2+的新方法,其灵敏度为1.1×10-11g/ml,测定范围为0~12.0μg/L,该方法可直接用于动物血清中痕量铜的测定,分析结果良好。
【Abstract】 Cu(Ⅱ) in NH3·H2O—NH4Cl medium can catalyze the decolorizing reaction resulting from the oxidation of Bromocresol Purple by hydrogen peroxide. A new Catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method of detcrming trace Cu(Ⅱ) was obtained. The sensitivity of the method is 1.1×10-11g/ml, the linear respondence is in the range of 0~12μg/L, The proposed method has been applied to determine Cu (Ⅱ)in animal serum samples with satisfactory result.
