三种病原细菌产生细菌素的研究

【摘要】 测定来自不同地区的水稻细菌性条斑病、白叶枯病和柑桔溃疡病共92个菌株的细菌素产生能力,结果有34个菌株产生细菌素,占37%。其中有4个不同种的菌株间产生交叉抑制反应,抑菌晕圈直径为2-6mm。试验表明,产细菌素的菌株对其同种病原菌的抑制能力强于不同种病原菌。

【Abstract】 The bacteriocin productivity of Xanthomonas camperstris pv. oryzicola, Xanthomonas camperstris pv. oryzae and Xanthomonas camperstris pv. citri, that totally have 92 strains from different places , was detected by double-layer medium method. The results showed that 34 strains produced bacteriocin, occupies 37% of the total strains. Among the bacteriocin-producing strains, crossinhibition reaction was observed in 4 different species. The diameter of inhibition zones varied from 2-6mm. The inhibition ability of bacteriocin-producing strains to the same species was better than that to different species.
