毛竹枯梢病侵染循环与病原菌生活史的研究
Studies on the Infection Cycle and Life Cycle of Pathogen of Top Blight on Phyllostachys heterocycla
【摘要】 毛竹枯梢病在福建以病竹竹筒内菌丝体及1~3级病侧枝的子实体越冬,翌年4月底至5月初产生大量的子囊孢子,借风雨传播,从当年新竹展枝放叶期的1~3级侧枝节叉处形成的自然伤口侵入,潜育期1~3个月,有的长达1~2年。7~8月高温干旱季节为发病高峰期,10月底基本停止扩展,11月至翌年2月为病菌越冬期。毛竹枯梢病的侵染循环属于多侵染点一次性侵染的单循环病害类型。自然条件下,竹喙球菌在病竹侧枝节又处产生单生或混生的子囊壳和分生孢子器,其生活周期属于真菌的完全发育循环类型。
【Abstract】 From field investigation and tests of inoculation in room, it is found that Ceratosphaeria phyllostachydis and the pathogen of top bilght on P. heterocycla overwinter as mycelia and a few matured perithecia in infected organizm from November up to April next year; that the ascospores ar spre-ead mainly by rain splash and become the primary sources of infection; that the latent period of disease is in about 30-90 days, and that a high relative humidity and a temperature ranging from 22°C to 25°C will be favourable for the cycle of infection and the life cycle of pathogen. As mentioned abov e, the cycle of infection of this disease is of a monocylic disease ( polyetic epidemic disease) and the life cycle of pathogen of a perfect life cycle in fungi.
